OVERVIEW
The Infinite Drum Machine, developed by Kyle McDonald, Manny Tan, Yotam Mann, and other members of the Google Creative Lab, is an AI-powered tool that enables users to generate beats using everyday sounds, including contributions from the Philharmonia Orchestra, London. The open-source code for this tool can be found on GitHub and is part of the A.I. Experiments project. For optimal usage, it is recommended to use the tool in portrait mode on the Chrome browser, and it adheres to Google's Privacy and Terms policies. With the Infinite Drum Machine, users have access to a variety of sounds, such as tambourines, snare drums, whips, and filters, along with a library of 6330 sounds, allowing them to create unique beats. Additionally, an overlay tag system is available to assist in sound identification.
